An often-funny, real-time, first-person, action/strategy game filled with too many dashes-and/or-slashes, where the player conjures spells, ascends to the top of a magic mountain and banishes the boss protecting it. You’ll be able to enjoy Ascent of a Wizard on your favorite console or your powerful PC, and it also works in virtual reality.
Ascent of a Wizard is a medieval-fantasy game set squarely in Middle-Uranus. While you might think this is an uncomfortable fit (a medieval-fantasy set on another planet) you will appreciate the variety it allows. For example, you will see traditional fantasy creatures along with alien variations like Space Orcs (Sporcs) and the Intergalactic Network of Trolls (Internet Trolls). Middle-Uranus is also overrun by marauding bands of parentheses (which are silent but deadly).
